ERA Global is very excited to offer a world-class New York Accelerator program for selected Latin American startups with perceived high potential on the US market.
The selected Latin American companies attend an intense 6-week program at ERA in NYC, with industry-leading mentors, landing services, followed by investor presentations at the Latin American New York Accelerator (LATAMNYA) Pitch Night in New York.
The program features intense one-on-one mentoring sessions by industry-leading mentors as well as workshops, speakers sessions and office hours by ERA partners and sponsors such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon, IBM, etc.
ERA is an early-stage investment fund and technology accelerator based in New York City. With 165+ investments since 2011, ERA is the leading accelerator program in New York with hands-on mentoring from 400+ active industry-leading mentors, 12 venture partners and 35 corporate partners.

Our Acceleration Program is designed to help companies with one or many of the following according to each of their needs:
Product; Technology; Product/Market Fit; Marketing and Sales; Fundraising and Pitching in the US market.
The program is structured around multiple activities that include:
Mentorship: Our programs feature intensive one-on-one mentoring sessions with industry leaders.
Lead mentors: Each company is assigned a Lead Mentor, a dedicated advisor who typically meets with the company on a weekly basis to set strategy, program goals, KPIs and to assess progress.
Resident/Expert mentors: Every week, companies meet with additional industry leaders on a one-on-one basis. Companies and mentors are paired very carefully in order to match input and expertise with the needs of the companies.
Workshop Series: Mentors, investors and advisors from the ERA network lead instructive, interactive sessions on a variety of topics.
Marketing/Sales: These workshops focus on customer acquisition and sales, e.g. mobile user acquisition, brand strategy, building a strong UX/UI, etc.
Operations: These workshops focus on topics pertaining to logistics and operations of running your business in the US e.g immigration in the US, legal considerations for a startup in the US, accounting, taxes, hiring in the US etc.
Speakers Series: Successful American entrepreneurs and Belgian expat entrepreneurs lead these fireside chats to share their stories, tips/advice on how to navigate the US ecosystem and understand cultural differences. In the past, we have hosted Founder and CEO of Collibra, Felix Van De Maele, influencer Peter Hinssen, ex-Alcatel Lucent executive Wim Sweldens and many more.
Fundraising Sessions: These sessions are led by our in-house investment experts, to address various aspects of fundraising in the United States.
CTO Roundtables: The Roundtables are led by our resident technologists and are designed for CTOs to share their technology infrastructure and other best practices.
KPI Sessions: On a weekly basis, the ERA Global Staff and the companies reconvene as a group to report their KPIs and weekly accomplishments, learnings and ways to impove results in the next week.
Investor-focused Pitch Practice Sessions:
Investors from the ERA network are invited to the space to listen to pitches to give actionable feedback and advice to improve investor pitches.
Customer-focused Sales Pitch Practice Sessions: These sessions are in a role-play format where companies pitch their products to prospective customers.
